REBAR LOCATOR-R800 Multifunction Rebar Detector

Introduction :

ZBL-R800 NDT Multifunctional Rebar Detector can scan the location and distribution of rebar, measure rebar’s concrete cover meter and diameter of rebar in bridge, tunnel wall and other constructions. It can detect ferrimagnet and conductor like electric wire, heat and water pipeline, cable etc.in non-ferromagnetic media, such as in wall or floor, and find their distribution and location .It can measure the quantity of reinforcement when renovating an old building. It can test the rust or corrosion of rebar.

As the instrument probe comes closer to the rebar, the signal strength bar increases –When on top of rebar, the instrument automatically locks the thickness value of cover.

The instrument allows parameter setting, and you can set various parameters including estimated diameter, minimum cover to detect, type of structure etc.
The R800 contains data storage and data transfer capability.
Based on natural potential method and potential gradient method (two methods), ZBL-R800 can detect corrosion range and corrosion distribution of rebar in building structures, and foresee and prevent great accidents.
Data transfer to USB-thumb drive is available.
It can generate rebar corrosion potential contour graph.
Software provided for data processing of corrosion potential data is very user-friendly.
Generate final analysis report
Rebar detection is automatically alerted by the probe via flashing red light.
