Cross Hole Sonic Logging Tester
Cross Hole Sonic Logging Tester also called as Ultrasonic Cross hole Pile Tester is specially designed instrument to test pile integrity by acoustic-transmission method. This instrument conforms ASTM D6760 Standard Test Method for Integrity Testing of Concrete Deep Foundations by Ultrasonic Cross hole Testing. It can be used to test large diameter pile with 4 or more pipes. Four probes which come along with the instrument are helpful in testing 6 sections at a time. Its application is not limited to pile foundations but it also can be used to test integrity of Diaphragm walls.
