RSM-SY6 (C) Ultrasonic Pile Integrity Tester is the most cost-effective CSL device, which can complete the acoustic pile integrity detection by transmission method, and is compatible with concrete strength detection by ultrasonic-rebound combined method, concrete crack depth detection, longitudinal wave velocity test of rock mass in geological investigation, detection of loosen zone of tunnel rock mass, etc. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation and easy learning.
Principle
The objectives of the cross hole sonic logging analyzer are to determine the homogeneity and integrity of concrete between the probes. The data are used to confirm adequate concrete quality or identify zones of poor quality (due to inadequate vibration, segregation due to over vibration and/or improper concrete placement, washouts of cement due to groundwater flow, cracks due to shrinkage, contamination of the concrete, etc). If defects are detected, then further investigations should be made by excavation or coring the concrete as appropriate, or by other testing methods.
